Job Title: Liaison Officer

The successful candidate will be responsible for obtaining and renewing mandatory licenses, building relationships with government bodies, preparing documents, and ensuring compliance.

  • Obtain and renew licenses including PCPNDT Act approvals, ART Registration, Bombay Nursing Home Registration, Fire NOC, Change of Usage, Municipal Permissions, Bio-Medical Waste Management approvals, Pollution Control Board clearance, Trade license, and other relevant compliances.
  • Ensure timely renewal of all licenses without lapse.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Municipal Corporations, State Health Departments, Fire Department, Urban Development Authorities, Local statutory bodies, Police, Nodal Officers, ART/PCPNDT advisory boards, and medical councils.
  • Prepare, verify, and submit all required documents for regulatory applications.
  • Maintain updated compliance registers for each clinic location.
  • Handle audits, inspections, and queries from authorities.
  • Work closely with the Expansion/Projects team to ensure compliance timelines align with fit-out and launch schedules.
  • Coordinate with architects, project managers, and legal teams to ensure regulatory requirements are embedded in clinic design and operations.
