Job Title: Regulatory Operations Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, possess relevant regulatory knowledge, and be able to prepare, review, and submit timely and accurate regulatory reports.

  1. Conduct comprehensive product audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  2. Monitor and implement daily regulatory compliance requirements, ensuring that our operations align with the latest regulatory guidelines.
  3. Develop and maintain robust internal control frameworks for banking products, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
  4. Implement and track regulatory circulars, focusing on KYC-related guidelines, to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  5. Prepare and submit regulatory reports as per jurisdictional guidelines, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
  6. Review, validate, and reconcile data sources used for regulatory reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  7. Conduct periodic reviews to ensure customer onboarding and lifecycle management processes align with regulatory standards.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to gather data and ensure accuracy in reports.

The incumbent will act as a catalyst for managing entire control management across the entity life-cycle, including onboarding, post-modifications, and closure.

The successful candidate will be well-versed in extant norms, guidelines of various regulatory bodies, such as RBI, UIDAI, CERSAI, NeSL, CRILIC, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and relevant URLs/Sites in the Corporate/mSME/Non-Individual domain.

The candidate must demonstrate thought leadership and process improvement initiatives by showing control across audit observations, good performance across risk scorecards, and ensure compliance for reporting to relevant external and internal authorities and control functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of KYC regulations and related circulars.
  • Strong understanding of banking product lifecycles and customer onboarding processes.
