Front Office Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist Com Data Entry Operator to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor to effectively manage our front desk and perform accurate data entry tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail.
- Maintain office security and control access via the reception desk.
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
- Assist colleagues with administrative tasks as needed.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or similar role with a focus on customer service and data entry.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional customer service skills to maintain a welcoming and efficient front desk.
