We are seeking a highly organized and welcoming Front Office Executive to join our team at The Wedding Voyages. As the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, you will be responsible for making a lasting impression and ensuring a seamless experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Handle all receptionist and clerical duties, including taking care of documentation, typing work, and reporting to management.
  • Communication and Administration: Answer phone calls, forward calls to respective departments, schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, and handle enquiries and sorting mail.
  • Office Support: Assist with administrative tasks, maintain office supplies, and place orders for replacements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration or any related course.
  • Experience: 2+ years of front desk experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, working knowledge of computer software, and a friendly, crafted demeanor.
