Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at AION-TECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and growth through effective lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and engage with potential customers, resulting in successful sales conversions.
  • Utilize cloud-based technologies (AWS, Snowflake, etc.) to optimize sales processes and drive efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve sales goals.
  • Build and maintain a database of prospects within assigned territories, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Perform online demos and presentations to prospects, effectively communicating product value and benefits.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales development or inside sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • A track record of over-achieving quota and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to dial dozens of calls per day, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with cloud-based technologies and experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
