Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automation solutions using Power Automate to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual errors.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing flows to ensure seamless execution and minimize downtime.
  • Integrate various data sources, including SharePoint content, customer contacts, and Business Central triggers, with Jira Service Management to facilitate smooth workflows.
  • Develop comprehensive SLA tracking and reporting dashboards utilizing Jira and Power BI/SharePoint to provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all created automation flows for future reference and collaboration.
  • Foster effective collaboration with QA/QC and Jira Consultant teams to guarantee operational flow compliance and adherence to best practices.
  • Perform thorough test automation with sample ticket scenarios to validate functionality and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience working with Power Automate or Logic Apps.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, especially Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Bonus: Jira/JSM knowledge and expertise.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
