Job Opportunity: Automation Testing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Automation Testing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our QA team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Finacle applications.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Finacle application testing, with a strong understanding of Banking Domain processes (Retail/Corporate Banking). Expertise in Automation Testing (Selenium / UFT / Tosca) is also essential.

Besides technical skills, you will need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues efficiently. Your strong communication skills will enable you to collaborate effectively with business users, developers, and other QA team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional, regression, and automation testing on Finacle applications
  • Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and automation scripts
  • Collaborate with business users, developers, and other QA team members to ensure quality delivery
  • Execute test cases across Finacle modules and track defects using standard tools
  • Provide support during UAT, SIT, and production rollouts
  • Contribute to test automation framework enhancements and drive efficiency in test execution

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Finacle application testing
  • Strong understanding of Banking Domain processes (Retail/Corporate Banking)
  • Expertise in Automation Testing (Selenium / UFT / Tosca)
  • Strong knowledge in one or more of the following Finacle modules: Loans Lifecycle / CMCP, CASA (Current Account & Savings Account), Customer Account Creation, Term Deposits, WMS (Wealth Management System)
