About the Role:

As a QA Test Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions by designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for software applications to ensure quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and troubleshoot issues.
  • Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects with detailed documentation.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.
  • Improve test automation frameworks and processes to enhance efficiency and coverage.
  • Conduct performance and regression testing to ensure system stability and scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance and test automation.
  • Proficiency in test automation tools like Selenium or Appium.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
  • Experience with scripting languages like Python or Java.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments and tools.
  • Certification in software testing or quality assurance.
