Automation Engineer - Quality Assurance

We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer - Quality Assurance to fill this key role.

Job Summary:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects early in the development lifecycle.
  • Design and implement automated tests for diverse scenarios across multiple country instances.
  • Extend test coverage to facilitate early detection of bugs and risks.
  • Work closely with distribution and core domain squads to achieve software quality goals.
  • Promote process improvements and drive their implementation.
  • Maintain expertise in required tools and components.
  • Adhere to industry-adopted software development best practices.
  • Create relevant documentation to support the quality as everyone's responsibility strategy.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in automated testing.
  • Familiarity with at least one software development language.
  • Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or similar technologies.
  • Background in building automated test suites for build/regression testing.
  • Knowledge of Jenkins, CircleCI, Bamboo, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building Load/Stress Tests using JMeter, Blazemeter, Apache Benchmark, or similar tools.
  • Background in continuous integration/deployment environments.
  • Experience building tests in microservice/SOA architectures.
  • Experience testing interfaces and APIs using SOAP-UI, Rest-Assured, or similar tools.
