
International Sales Team Lead

About the Role:
As an International Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales professionals. Your primary objective will be to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across various markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
2. Foster strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and preferences.
3. Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they meet or exceed performance expectations.
4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 7+ years of experience in international sales, preferably in a leadership role.
3. Proven track record of success in sales leadership, including achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
