Email Marketing Strategist

We're seeking a seasoned professional to develop and execute compelling email campaigns that drive high-quality leads, demo bookings, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Demo Generation: Craft targeted email marketing strategies that move prospects through the funnel and result in booked demos and wins.
  • Targeted Segmentation: Build and maintain segmented lists based on buyer personas, behavioral data, and lifecycle stage to deliver highly relevant and personalized campaigns.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously test and refine subject lines, copy, design, and CTAs to improve engagement and maximize campaign performance.
  • Automation & Lifecycle Campaigns: Develop and manage automated nurture sequences that guide prospects from awareness through to purchase decisions.
  • Database Management: Maintain a clean, compliant, and engaged email database, ensuring optimal deliverability and audience health.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze KPIs such as open rates, CTR, demo conversion rates, and ROI to drive data-informed improvements.

Required Skills:

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or Product or technology industries.
  • Results-Driven: Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue through email campaigns.
  • Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
  • Automation Experience: Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., ZOHO Marketing AutomatHubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign).
  • Copwriting Skills: Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
