Digital Marketing Operations Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Operations Professional to drive the success of our marketing initiatives. This role is critical to supporting our marketing efforts, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless data integration and performance tracking between various platforms.
Your Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations within Pardot and Salesforce Account Engagement, including campaign setup, lead scoring, segmentation, and email automation.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns focused on lead nurturing and customer retention, ensuring alignment with sales initiatives.
- Ensure Pardot and Salesforce integration is seamless for accurate lead tracking and hand-off between marketing and sales teams.
- Implement and maintain cross-platform analytics tracking to ensure accurate data collection from all marketing channels.
- Audit tracking setups regularly to ensure alignment between Google Analytics, Pardot, Salesforce, and other tools for holistic reporting.
- Work with the marketing team to design and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and the web, ensuring accurate tracking and performance measurement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations with a strong focus on Pardot, Salesforce Account Engagement, and CRM platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in analytics tracking across digital channels, including website traffic, email marketing performance, and conversion tracking.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methods and tools to improve campaign performance.
- Proficiency in using CRM and marketing automation platforms, specifically Salesforce and Pardot.
