Job Title: Email Deliverability & Domain Reputation Intern (Potential Full-Time Opportunity)

Commitment: Part-time (approx. 2–3 hours per day)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Email Deliverability & Domain Reputation Intern to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure our email communications consistently reach the right inboxes by monitoring domain health, managing warmup processes, and maintaining strong sender reputations using industry tools such as Google Postmaster.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze email deliverability metrics across multiple sending domains.
- Use Google Postmaster Tools and other monitoring platforms to track sender reputation, domain/IP performance, and spam complaint rates.
- Plan and execute domain/IP warmup strategies to improve inbox placement.
- Identify and resolve deliverability issues (blacklisting, high bounce rates, authentication errors).
- Work with marketing, sales, and IT teams to follow email best practices.
- Maintain proper email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Prepare reports with actionable recommendations for improving email performance.

Requirements

- Experience or strong interest in email deliverability management.
- Knowledge of email authentication standards and best practices.
- Familiarity with Google Postmaster Tools, warmup processes, and deliverability monitoring tools.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing deliverability for high-volume senders.
- Knowledge of anti-spam regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).
- Ability to interpret deliverability data and provide actionable insights.
