Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our comprehensive digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with expertise across all major digital channels, including social media, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics. This role is crucial for managing our brand's online reputation, driving lead generation, and ensuring a consistent and impactful brand message across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

  • Develop, implement, and manage a robust social media strategy across all relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta, etc.).
  • Create, curate, and schedule compelling and engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement, including responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep our strategy fresh and effective.
  • Utilize Canva to create visually appealing and on-brand content variations for different platforms.

2. Paid Advertising (PPC):

  • Develop, execute, and manage high-performance ad campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CPA, CTR, conversion rates), and optimize ads for improved results.
  • Manage budgets and A/B test ad creatives and copy to identify the most effective combinations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in ad platforms and best practices.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and content optimization for our website and blog.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to implement necessary changes.
  • Manage our SEM efforts by integrating paid and organic search strategies for maximum visibility.
  • Monitor and report on key SEO metrics such as keyword rankings, organic traffic, and backlink profile.

4. Email Marketing:

  • Design, implement, and manage our email marketing campaigns and automation sequences.
  • Create compelling email content (e.g., newsletters, promotions, lead nurturing series) that engages subscribers and drives conversions.
  • Manage and segment our email lists to ensure targeted and personalized communication.
  • Analyze email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, unsubscribes) and optimize campaigns for better results.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing activities.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and native platform dashboards to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
  • Provide regular, data-driven insights and recommendations to management.
  • Create clear and concise reports that demonstrate the impact of digital marketing efforts on business goals.

6. Content Creation & Strategy:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop a content calendar that aligns with marketing goals.
  • Be proficient in using design tools, particularly Canva, to quickly produce high-quality visual content.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.

7. 360-Degree Marketing Management:

  • Integrate all marketing efforts to create a cohesive and powerful brand presence.
  • Develop a holistic marketing strategy that connects social media, paid ads, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to keep Domax Conseil ahead of the curve.
  • Manage the overall digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Demonstrable experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Canva for content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A portfolio or examples of past work and successful campaigns are a plus.
