Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service in Latin Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.

This role involves delivering top-notch support to customers through various channels, including email ticketing systems, social media, and phone calls. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and queries while maintaining records of each phone call for future reference.

Additionally, you will be required to create content in the respective languages, ensuring that all materials accurately reflect our products and services.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent fluency in spoken and written Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English. A strong command over these languages is essential for success in this role.
