Job Title

A key role for our team is to help employees improve their communication skills and achieve business objectives. As a Voice and Accent Coach, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and conducting NHT training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver effective voice and accent training programs that cater to the needs of various learners.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to trainees on matters related to their ability to meet learning standards and objectives.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for communication enhancement based on customer service issues.
  • Design and implement dashboards and knowledge checks for training effectiveness.
  • Post-training support to trainees through call monitoring to identify, assess, and document recurring issues/errors and take action accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Experience in facilitation, coaching, group training delivery, and team management.
  • Extensive knowledge of voice and accent/grammar/culture/customer service/soft skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including strong verbal & written communication and excellent listening skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience.
  • Experience in building training modules, developing new processes, procedures, or improvements to existing processes and procedures.
  • Preferred skills include language or/training certification and knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and basic Windows.
