Job Description:Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective BTL strategies to drive brand visibility through school/college tie-ups, seminars, local events, parent/student meets, referral programs, scholarship test promotions, awareness drives, student lead generation, walk-ins for admissions, and offline promotions.
  • Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and communities to foster collaborative partnerships.
  • Provide regular reports on activities and leads generated.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Marketing/Business (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing/fieldwork (education sector preferred).
  • Freshers with good energy and local market knowledge can also apply.
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel across assigned areas are essential.
  • Passion for field marketing and admissions is required.

This role requires a driven individual who can effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to various stakeholders.
