Job Opportunity:

Sales Representative

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential leads and prospects, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and interest.
  • Engage with inquiries and respond to messages on social media platforms, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Post and share relevant content across social media to increase engagement and generate interest in our products or services.
  • Qualify leads, maintain accurate records of interactions, and update our CRM/database to ensure seamless follow-up and nurturing.
  • Follow up with warm leads and provide ongoing support to guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation and maximize results.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and results-driven performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written) to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
  • Experience in cold calling and outbound sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Familiarity with using social media for business purposes (posting, responding, and engaging with leads) to expand our online presence.
  • Basic knowledge of lead generation techniques and sales funnels to drive revenue growth.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently, with a strong sense of accountability and results-oriented mindset.
  • Good organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
