We are seeking a talented and proactive individual to join our team as an Inbound Sales Intern. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by converting leads into paid bookings for our premium experiences.
Your primary responsibility will be to respond promptly to new leads, qualifying their needs, and recommending the best options for them. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and ensure that every lead has a clear next action and timestamp.
- Initial Response: Acknowledge new leads quickly (via direct message or call) and log them in our CRM system.
- Needs Assessment: Ask essential questions such as date, budget, group size, location, and preferences to shortlist 2-3 matching experiences.
- Follow-up Engagement: Send concise WhatsApp summaries, payment links, and gentle reminders to keep leads engaged.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain up-to-date stages and ensure every lead has a clear next action with a timestamp.
- Post-Sales Support: Share confirmations, answer FAQs, collect feedback, and testimonials.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop consultative selling techniques, CRM discipline, and simple funnel metrics. You will also gain experience in writing clear and friendly WhatsApp/call scripts.
Requirements- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- A professional phone/WhatsApp presence, quick typing, and clean formatting.
- Basic Google Sheets skills; comfort with checklists and templates.
- High ownership and reliability.
- Prior customer contact, tele-sales, or hospitality internship experience.
- Familiarity with Instagram/Meta lead forms or WhatsApp Business.
- Speed to Initial Response: ≤ 5 minutes during working hours.
