Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned customer success professional to join our team. As a Customer Success Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results to our valued clients.
- Your primary objective will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- You will work closely with our customers to understand their business requirements, identify opportunities for growth, and provide tailored solutions to drive success.
- Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to our solutions.
- Drive client adoption and outcomes, leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy.
- Concurrently manage multiple customers, each requiring strategic engagement and communication.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating the deployment of resources to address issues and escalate when necessary.
- Conduct regular meetings to discuss customer requirements, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and help customers adopt relevant features and functionality.
- Develop and implement customer success plans, driving deliverables and continuous improvement.
- Utilize tools like the Customer Tracker dashboard to assess customer health and inform calls to action.
- Create and track Calls to Action within Gainsight to ensure outstanding items are addressed.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in customer success, with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Demonstrated ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing customer needs and priorities.
