Real Estate Development Manager

A compelling opportunity has arisen for a skilled Property Advisor to join our team at 2coms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through effective cold calling and provide exceptional client service by maintaining close, personal relationships and conducting tenacious follow-ups.
- Offer sales services to clients seeking real estate properties that match their requirements, leveraging expertise to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Meet assigned sales targets by acquiring new customers, renewing existing relationships, and growing business volumes.
- Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support to clients, ensuring seamless transactions and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Promote new real estate investment opportunities to clients, identifying potential business prospects and securing profitable deals.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing value and driving recurring business.
- Monitor market trends, updates, and project launches, sharing relevant insights with clients via various communication channels.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess a graduate degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales, demonstrating a track record of success.
- Proficient in receiving inbound calls from clients inquiring about new residential projects.
- Skilled in making outbound calls to follow up on earlier inquiries, nurturing leads and closing deals.
- Able to document CRM systems with accurate details, set reminders for follow-ups, and participate in daily/weekly review meetings.
Compensation Package: Our offer includes an attractive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding top talent.
