Your Key Responsibilities
As our Growth Program Manager, your role will be to lead business data analysis across sales, marketing, and operations. You will build dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets/BI tools to track website-to-sales conversions, pipeline velocity, and marketing ROI. Additionally, you will partner with marketing to connect web traffic → lead gen → CRM → revenue attribution. Furthermore, you will proactively surface insights and recommendations to improve revenue outcomes.
Key Requirements
- Data & Analytics: Lead business data analysis across sales, marketing, and operations.
- Strategy and Execution: Conduct ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities, competitive trends, and white spaces.
- Sales Enablement & Operations: Own CRM automations (lead workflows, pipeline hygiene, triggers, integrations).
- Project & Program Management: Act as the program manager for strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Ops.
