Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Professional to drive growth and expansion through strategic alliances and partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Alliances, or Partnerships, preferably in advertising, marketing, or digital industries.

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain alliances with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft effective pitches and proposals
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot trends and opportunities
  • Manage the complete business development process—from lead generation to closure
  • Strengthen long-term client relationships to ensure growth and retention
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess strong communication, presentation, and networking skills, with the ability to think strategically while also executing with attention to detail.

They will be proactive, self-driven, and target-focused, with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. They will work well in a collaborative environment and take ownership of results.
