Job Title: Senior Contract Specialist

As a senior contract specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless internal support and guidance for account executives. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert advice on deal structures, order processing, and revenue recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure compliance with company policies and revenue recognition guidelines.
  • Work closely with Rev Recognition and Legal departments to resolve contract issues and negotiate contracts effectively.
  • Review and modify quotes as required to meet customer needs and company policies.
  • Ensure SOX compliance and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of sales teams, particularly less experienced account executives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer order management, sales operations, or sales support.
  • Proven expertise in contract structuring and commission calculation.
  • Demonstrated participation in process improvement initiatives and/or project management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Extreme attention to detail and analytical skills to analyze problems quickly and seek out solutions.
