Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

 

Job Summary:

This is a full-time role for a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist. The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children.

The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for developing individualized treatment plans, working closely with families to ensure consistent progress, and collaborating with other therapists and educators to deliver comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs
  • Work collaboratively with families to ensure consistent progress and achieve desired outcomes
  • Collaborate with other therapists and educators to provide comprehensive care
  • Document progress and prepare reports to inform decision-making
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care and share knowledge

Requirements:

  • Strong skills in speech therapy, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders
  • Experience working with children with special needs and their families
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications and licenses to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field preferred
  • Experience working in a pediatric setting a plus
