English Communication Trainer Role Overview

  • Deliver impactful lessons: spoken English, pronunciation, listening, vocabulary in context, and applied grammar.
  • Design outcome-driven workshops: presentations, group discussions, mock-interviews, and interview bootcamps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach effective communication skills to students (ages 12–18).
  • Run workshops on presentation techniques and group interactions.
  • Develop assessments to track student progress and create concise reports for parents.
  • Use adolescent psychology principles to motivate and engage students.
  • Provide individual mentorship to shy or anxious learners.
  • Collaborate with the academic team to integrate communication goals across the curriculum.

  • Noticeable improvement in students' spoken confidence and clarity within weeks.
  • Increased participation in class discussions and presentations.
  • Improved performance in interview simulations and external assessments.
  • Positive parent feedback and documented progress through assessments and portfolios.
Candidate Profile:
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Strong coaching ability and experience working with teenagers.
  • Understanding of adolescent psychology and child-sensitive teaching approaches.
  • Minimum 1 year classroom/training experience (school, coaching, corporate training preferred).
  • Energetic, patient, empathetic, and outcome-focused.
  • Comfortable with technology (Google Classroom, Zoom, presentation tools).
  • Hindi-English bilingual preferred to support transitional learning.
  • Extra credit: TESOL/TEFL/ELT or certifications in adolescent counselling/child psychology.
