Speech Therapist Role

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Speech Therapist. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Affectively assess and diagnose individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Create personalized treatment plans to help patients overcome their communication challenges.
  • Conduct regular therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure optimal results.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring seamless communication among team members.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in Speech Therapy and experience in Dysphagia, along with knowledge of Communication Disorders and Language Disorders. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.

Key Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Certification from relevant professional boards and licensure as required.
  • Strong skills in Speech Therapy and Speech.
  • Experience with Dysphagia.
  • Knowledge of Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
