About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Cluster Manager/Team Leader to spearhead our high-net-worth sales team in Stock/Equity Broking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Acquire High Net Worth (HNI) relationships and effectively manage a dynamic team of Relationship Managers.">
  • Establish strong ties with HNI and Ultra HNI clients by designing and implementing tailored financial plans, ensuring they receive and execute on optimal investment advice.">
  • Lead and coordinate with your team in the acquisition of new HNI/UHNI clients (Affluent & Super Affluent segments).">
  • Maintain robust client relationships and actively generate Assets Under Management (AUM) from preferred clients.">
  • Support your team in advising Affluent clients on their investments, managing their overall financial portfolios, and deepening the wallet share from existing clients.">
  • Assist the team in tracking the Affluent & Super Affluent client segment in the market for continuous new client acquisition.">
  • Research, investigate, and update your team on available investment opportunities and financial market trends to determine their suitability for client portfolios.">
  • Coordinate closely with the product and research team to make informed investment decisions for clients.">
  • Conduct and assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and other business development activities to expand our client base and enhance brand presence.">
