
High Net Worth Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage banking and investment relationships with high net worth, non-resident Indian, and ultra-high net worth clients
- Develop and expand customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations
- Foster current and potential relationships with additional revenue potential to drive growth
Sales and Business Development:
- Achieve sales targets across a range of consumer and commercial banking products
- Proactively sell the full spectrum of banking products to mapped and potential clients
- Increase product penetration to deepen client relationships and increase wallet share
Portfolio Quality and Engagement:
- Maintain and improve portfolio quality through regular engagement and relationship monitoring
- Ensure relationships align with desired value parameters and bank objectives
Investment Advisory:
- Conduct financial planning and offer investment advisory services to high net worth and non-resident Indian clients
- Analyze client needs and recommend suitable investment products
- Drive fee-based income through products like mutual funds, investments, and insurance
Requirements:
- Strong business development skills and ability to identify new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
