Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage banking and investment relationships with high net worth, non-resident Indian, and ultra-high net worth clients
  • Develop and expand customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations
  • Foster current and potential relationships with additional revenue potential to drive growth

Sales and Business Development:

  • Achieve sales targets across a range of consumer and commercial banking products
  • Proactively sell the full spectrum of banking products to mapped and potential clients
  • Increase product penetration to deepen client relationships and increase wallet share

Portfolio Quality and Engagement:

  • Maintain and improve portfolio quality through regular engagement and relationship monitoring
  • Ensure relationships align with desired value parameters and bank objectives

Investment Advisory:

  • Conduct financial planning and offer investment advisory services to high net worth and non-resident Indian clients
  • Analyze client needs and recommend suitable investment products
  • Drive fee-based income through products like mutual funds, investments, and insurance

Requirements:

  • Strong business development skills and ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
