
Branch Relationship Manager

We are seeking a Branch Relationship Manager to manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and drive business growth. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, identifying opportunities to cross-sell wealth products, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer queries. This role requires a strong understanding of retail liabilities and market trends to provide tailored solutions and meet organizational targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) to acquire new clients and grow existing ones.
- Sales & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell wealth products such as PMS, AIF, MF, Bonds, and Insurance to increase revenue.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the retail liabilities business to provide tailored solutions to customers.
- Customer Service: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to banking services.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of CASA Sales, CASA handling, HNI client handling, retail liabilities, portfolio management, and wealth product sales.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with HNIs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
