Job Title: Strategic Placement Specialist

Placement Responsibilities:
  • Placement Support
    • Establish and maintain connections with industries, startups, recruitment firms, and HR Consultants in the NCR region.
    • Build relationships with industry associations, forums, and captains to facilitate collaboration.
    • Stay updated with online communities, social media platforms, and job portals for effective networking.
    • Regularly interact with industries to discuss career opportunities and employment trends.
    • Connect with other resources and institutions to expand placement opportunities.
    • Help identify internship opportunities (6 months or 6-8 weeks) for students as needed.
    • Manage placement data, including maintaining records of internships and placements.
    • Prepare detailed reports on placement data for regular reviews.
    • Be adaptable and manage flexible time requirements as needed.
    • Organize interaction programs to promote career opportunities within the university and external agencies.
    • Track application forms, pre-screen candidates, shortlist, and schedule interviews.
    • Monitor individual candidate progress.
    • Provide counseling on procedures to applicants.
    • Ensure accurate record-keeping of applicants' information in electronic format.
  • Training Support
    • Develop and implement Skill Lab Orientation programs.
    • Take full responsibility for enrolling students in the Career Service Tech platform by coordinating with academic institutions.
    • Conduct various training programs at different academic institutions.
    • Collaborate with subject experts and learning engagement coaches to revise and update curriculums.
    • Continuously enhance knowledge and provide feedback on methodologies in the training process.
    • Oversee and manage the Digitally Enabled Platform for which training shall be provided.
    Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential: A Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Desirable: A Postgraduate degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the placement process, such as ATS and HR software.

Experience: A minimum of 15 years or more of relevant experience in Corporate Placements in the NCR Region.

Skills: PAN India Network, Multi-disciplinary University Experience, Delhi-NCR Network base, Placement, Communication, Presentation, Training, Soft Skills, Placement Coordination.
