Sr. Manager Placement Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sr. Manager Placement to spearhead placement opportunities with employers across India.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • To identify and establish strong connections with potential employers, fostering partnerships that drive job placements.
  • To build robust relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, to secure hiring and sponsorship agreements.
  • To collaborate closely with local center teams to explore job opportunities in various cities and outstations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • To conceptualize and execute activities like industry talks, visits, job fairs, and employer interaction sessions, promoting talent acquisition and development.
  • To maintain accurate placement data and reports, leveraging this information to inform strategic decisions.
  • To lead and manage the placement team, driving high-performance targets and aligning individual goals with organizational objectives.
  • To work closely with training teams to identify skill gaps, ensuring students are adequately prepared to meet market demands.
  • To negotiate and sign MOUs with employers for hiring or CSR partnerships, securing mutually beneficial agreements.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent corporate relations and networking skills.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and provide solutions-oriented approaches.
  • Capacity to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM/ATS is an advantage.
