The Placement Team is responsible for fostering strong relationships with companies and recruiters to facilitate student placement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers to promote student placement
  • Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and placement-related events to connect students with industry partners
  • Coordinate with academic departments to identify eligible students and prepare them for placement processes
  • Provide career counseling services, including resume writing and interview preparation to enhance student employability
  • Monitor job market trends and align placement strategies with industry requirements to ensure relevance and effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate records of placement activities and provide regular reports on placement statistics and company feedback
  • Cultivate partnerships with alumni networks to expand placement opportunities and build industry connections
  • Ensure seamless communication between employers and students during recruitment processes to foster a positive experience
Requirements:
