A career-driven individual is required to lead campus recruitment initiatives, establish strong corporate connections and prepare students for successful careers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with recruiters, corporates and industry associations by establishing trust and delivering results.
  • Negotiate effective recruitment terms to ensure high placement conversion rates.
  • Develop and implement pre-placement training programs including aptitude, group discussion, technical skills and interview preparation.
  • Collaborate with faculty and industry experts to bridge skill gaps and drive student success.
  • Create and execute annual placement calendars that align with business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate placement records, statistics and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Educational Background: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in training & placement, corporate HR or recruitment, preferably in the education sector.
