We are seeking a highly motivated Placement Officer to join our team

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying major employers for urban placement opportunities, lining up students according to company requirements, and visiting directors and HR heads for manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and establish relationships with major employers in the IT industry
  2. Coordinate with branches regarding placement procedures and placed students
  3. Maintain student databases and documents related to pre-placement and post-placement activities
  4. Conduct job market studies and provide regular updates to management
  5. Undertake additional responsibilities as required by the organization

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in placement of students from skilling/training/educational institutes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and perseverance
  • Good knowledge and relations with corporates
  • Inclination towards society and working for marginalized communities
