Project Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Client Services Project Manager (PM) to lead our team in delivering high-quality solutions. This position is ideal for professionals who excel in client-facing environments and thrive on delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including initiation, data acquisition, configuration, data validation, UAT, tuning, and deployment.
  • Oversee project tasks, schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
  • Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders, including business users and management.
  • Prepare project status reports and presentations to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Create and maintain standard practices for client implementations aligned with our operating model.
  • Advocate customer requirements and concerns to internal teams.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, defining schedules, allocating resources, and monitoring progress.
  • Engage in both functional and technical aspects of projects.
  • C coordinate multiple projects across internal teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in service delivery or project management.
  • BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Actimize AML and Fraud Solutions.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently in a time-critical environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs and processes.
  • Ability to influence decisions using data and facts.
  • Experience interacting effectively with all levels of management and customers.

  • Develop and execute strategies to improve project efficiency and quality.
