Oracle EPM Cloud Manager

Job Summary:

The Oracle EPM Cloud Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality services and expertise in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close, Profitability and Cost Management, Enterprise Planning & Budgeting, Account Reconciliation, and Team Leadership.

This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud system administration and maintenance, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing a team in a managed services or IT services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 2 and level 3 expertise on incidents and service requests
  • Manage and coach a team of managed services professionals
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and contractual obligations
  • Monitor service performance metrics and take proactive measures to address any deviations or issues
  • Provide advisory services to clients on new features and best practices
  • Continuously assess and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of managed services delivery processes
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners involved in the delivery of managed services

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud system administration and maintenance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing a team in a managed services or IT services environment
