  • Discover and record suitable influencers for our campaigns.
  • Reach out to influencers, negotiate contracts, and execute successful campaigns.
  • Generate reports to track brand growth and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct market research to better understand consumers and their needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers and ensure their continued support.
Key Requirements:
  • Research & Analysis: Evaluate the credibility of influencers, their audience alignment, and competitive benchmarks.
  • Social Media Expertise: Understand platform algorithms, trends, and engagement dynamics.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Craft persuasive outreach messages and secure favorable collaboration terms.
  • Project Management: Manage timelines, approvals, and campaign execution efficiently.
  • Performance Metrics & Insights: Track and interpret influencer KPIs, translating data into actionable strategies.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Build rapport with influencers, ensuring trust and long-term brand advocacy.
Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and experience in managing social media campaigns.
