Job Title: Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Outreach Specialist to join our team. As an Outreach Specialist, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our Guest Posting and Off-Page SEO efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and connect with high-authority websites, bloggers, and publishers for guest posting opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with website owners, editors, and influencers.
  • Negotiate and finalize placements for guest posts, ensuring alignment with SEO goals.
  • Manage email outreach campaigns with proper tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the content team to deliver quality articles for submission.
  • Ensure backlink quality, relevance, and compliance with SEO best practices.
  • Maintain records of outreach activities, website databases, and performance reports.
  • Monitor competitors' backlink strategies and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in Outreach / Guest Posting / Off-Page SEO.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (written & verbal).
  • Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
  • Ability to research and find niche-relevant websites for link-building.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple outreach campaigns.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing agencies will be preferred.
