Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform daily & weekly reporting activities
  • Write and create customized emails
  • Perform cross-functional tasks
  • Handle data collection, sorting, and checking
  • Create minutes of meetings
  • Follow up with clients over calls
  • Actively follow senior instructions
  • Organize and prioritize work
  • Follow up with customers over calls for collection and invoices

Requirements:

  • Prior experience of 2-3 months internship in sales/business development/client relations/post-sales
  • Experience and knowledge of B2B SaaS-based industries
  • Availability of 9 hours a day for 6 days a week. Available to start from 10 am onwards
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Knowledge of various tools and data collection

Good to have:

  • Experience in customer relationship management

Duration: 6 months

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 6 days a week
