Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management and menu development, with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.

The selected individual will oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. They will also be responsible for managing kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure high standards of food quality and hygiene.

In addition, the successful candidate will maintain inventory, ensure the availability of necessary ingredients and supplies, and guarantee compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

  • Create and execute innovative menus that reflect the restaurant's theme and values.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality dishes.
  • Manage kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure timely replenishment of essential supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, upholding the highest standards.
