Lead Apparel Buyer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Apparel Buyer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic buying plans and policies to optimize procurement processes.

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in apparel buying and product development, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. A professional certification in Procurement or Supply Chain is also desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing buying strategies to meet business objectives
  • Negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing
  • Monitoring market trends and supplier performance to make informed buying decisions
  • Leading a team of skilled buyers and providing guidance and support as needed
  • Evaluating vendor capabilities and maintaining relationships to support long-term partnerships
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:
