Company Overview:

MiL Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. is a growing pharmaceutical company committed to delivering high-quality healthcare products. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our procurement team at our Mumbai Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, and Consumables as per production and R&D requirements
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for quality, price, and timely delivery
  • Prepare purchase orders and maintain documentation in line with company SOPs
  • Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time deliveries and manage any delays or discrepancies
  • Coordinate with store, QA/QC, and production departments to align procurement with business needs
  • Maintain and update the approved vendor list

·       Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases to avoid stock-outs or overstocking

·       Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards, especially relevant in pharma procurement

·       Assist in cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality

Candidate Requirements:

·       Graduate in Science, Commerce, or Pharmacy; a diploma in Material Management or Supply Chain is a plus

·       2–3 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in a pharmaceutical company

·       Knowledge of pharma raw materials, packaging materials, APIs, and vendors

·       Good negotiation and communication skills

·       Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (like Tally, SAP, or any other inventory software)

·       Strong organizational and follow-up skills

·       Should be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai
