Responsibilities

  • HR Compliance: Regularly review employee files and ensure compliance with all legal and procedural requirements regarding employee documentation and privacy.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or GED; 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in human resources, management operations, or related fields; experience with recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration preferred.
