Job Title: HR Generalist

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of employment-related laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

The HR Generalist will be responsible for handling employee relations, including disciplinary matters, terminations, and investigations. They will also maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations, review policies and practices to ensure adherence, and stay up-to-date on trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in human resources and talent management.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mind, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and possess excellent time management skills. They will also be able to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations: Handle disciplinary matters, terminations, and investigations
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations
  • Policies and Practices: Review and maintain policies and practices to ensure adherence
  • Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date on trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in human resources and talent management
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
