Job Title: Sr. Associate IS Engineer-Linux Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Linux engineer to join our team as Sr. Associate IS Engineer-Linux Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux server service delivery and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality results in a matrixed organizational structure.

• Drive and deliver against key organizational strategic initiatives.

• Foster a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree and 1-3 years of IT-related experience, or Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of IT-related experience, or Diploma and 7-9 years of IT-related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must-Have Skills:
    • Experience with Linux server operations.
    • Experience with virtualization (VMware, Nutanix).
    • Basic scripting knowledge (Shell scripts, Python, Ansible).
    • Familiarity with ITIL or incident management workflows.
    • Change management expertise.
    • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good-to-Have Skills:
    • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
    • Interest in automation tools and infrastructure-as-code.
    • Exposure to monitoring tools (Dynatrace).
    • Knowledge of configuration management tools (Red Hat Satellite Server, Ansible).

Professional Certifications:

  • Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) preferred.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
