Financial Transaction Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices and maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments while adhering to established procedures.
- Match purchase orders with invoices and resolve discrepancies through diligent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions by communicating effectively with vendors and internal departments.
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting, providing excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
