Job Title: Senior Risk and Compliance Professional

Our global network spans over 40 markets, with offices in Bengaluru and Mumbai. We provide support services across various functions such as IT, risk management, and compliance to our offices globally.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Know Your Customer (KYC) Operations services including Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for New to Bank or Existing Clients based on standard operating procedures.
  • Manage Stakeholders by liaising directly with Clients, Sales, Relationship Managers, and Local Account Officers.
  • Act as 1st Level of Escalation and monitor Group inboxes to timely provide resolution of issues.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert within the EMEA Client Management Services in relation to all AML On-Boarding aspects.

Requirements:

  • Strong KYC end-to-end knowledge for Low, Medium, and High-risk clients.
  • Strong Communication skills both written and verbal to interact with Stakeholders - Clients/RMs/Sales and other stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Technical knowledge of various client types & their structure.
  • Awareness of UK & European Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
  • Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office particularly Word & Excel.
