Job Title: Senior Governance Risk & Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our team. As a Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Specialist, you will be responsible for leading multiple initiatives and providing assurance on industry issues, business risks and key business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop solutions for GRCs, create repositories of controls and data analytics, and release performance reports.
  • Conduct ongoing research to understand the specific needs, preferences and behavior of clients.
  • Have knowledge of GCCs solutions such as internal audit/SOPs/IFC/SOX/Data Analytics/Risk Management.
  • Execute and complete initiatives across various sectors, project execution and ensure quality and adherence to agreed initiatives plan.
  • Assist Partners/Directors in meeting potential clients and present solutions/offerings.
  • Perform business development, lead generation and sales-oriented reporting.

Requirements:

  • Possesses extensive experience working with GRCs.
  • Knowledge of all key solutions to GRCs.
  • Prior experience in client-facing/account management roles.
  • Exposure to business development in consulting (Pre-sales support, proposals, RFP responses).
  • Strong domain knowledge, understanding of business processes and possible risks in operations at various sectors.
  • Experience in process consulting/internal audit/risk consulting at a project manager/project lead level role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
