Job Title: Growth Lead

  • User Acquisition: Identify and convert potential users through personalized outreach and demos.

  • Onboarding: Ensure new users understand and actively use the product.
  • Growth Experiments: Test acquisition channels, measure results, and scale what works.
Key Requirements:
  • Trading Awareness: Strong understanding of the Indian trading ecosystem.
  • User Acquisition Experience: Proven track record in user acquisition with measurable results.
  • Community Management: Experience building or managing communities (1000+ members).
  • Digital Engagement: Comfort with both digital and in-person engagement.
  • Product Demonstrations: Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations.
  • Analytical Mindset: Experience in growth metrics and analytical tools.
